## Unpack the day without taking it home as a second unpaid job.

After the classroom, your head is still full of the kid who shut down, the parent email, the lesson that didn’t land. Claro is a place to think, not a place that grades you.

Dictate on the commute so the thought is out of your body and onto the page. Use voice when you need to vent the heat, then stay for the real question: what is mine to carry? Threads can hold “this class this year” without turning students into a dossier.

We don’t want names, grades, or identifying student data in the product story, and we discourage putting them in the chat. Claro is not classroom management software and not a substitute for admin support or mental-health care. It’s a thinking companion for the person who taught all day and still has to be a person.

## Bring the unfinished version

A school day leaves little room to process what you absorbed while caring for everyone else.

### A student you cannot stop thinking about

Name the care, the limit, and what is actually within your role to do next.

### A difficult parent conversation

Untangle the useful concern from the defensiveness it triggered before you reply.

### The Sunday-night weight

Find out whether the dread is workload, one unresolved situation, or a boundary that has disappeared.

### Whether to stay

Hold the practical and emotional parts of leaving education without making either one smaller.

## Modalities for Teachers

- **Text:** Type at your desk after the last bell, while the specific thing that happened is still specific, before it flattens into “today was rough.”
- **Dictation:** Dictate on the commute home so the thought is out of your body and onto the page before you walk through your own front door.
- **Voice call:** Call Claro on a short walk when you need to vent the heat of the day out loud before you can get to the real question underneath it.

## Memory example

- **Life threads:** “This class this year” can stay open as a thread across the term, without Claro asking for names, grades, or any identifying student detail. The thread only needs the shape of the situation, never the case file.
- **Patterns:** Recurring stressors like parental expectations or the guilt of “I should be doing more” tend to surface as patterns after enough sessions, never as a verdict on your teaching.

### Clarity Card example

- **Title:** The exhaustion wasn’t about the lesson plan.
- **Insight:** You weren’t behind on curriculum. You were carrying a kid’s home life you have no power to fix.
- **Open question:** What’s actually yours to carry here, and what isn’t?
- **Themes:** Boundaries, Burnout, Care
