## Start wherever you are. Claro helps you find the thread.

Type a thought, say it out loud, or have a real back-and-forth. Claro stays with the same conversation, remembers what is useful, and helps you leave with something clearer than you arrived with.

## Three ways to talk

### Type

Type when the words need precision.

Write at your own pace, edit the thought before you send it, and reread the exchange as it takes shape.

Good for careful wording, screenshots, and thoughts you want to sit with.

### Dictate

Speak when typing slows the thought down.

Say what is on your mind and see it appear as text before you send. Claro answers in writing, so the exchange stays easy to scan.

Good for walking, cooking, or thinking faster than your thumbs can move.

### Talk

Talk when you need a real back-and-forth.

Have a voice conversation that moves at the speed of speech. Interrupt when something does not land and keep going from there.

Good for thoughts that need space, movement, and a little less self-editing.

## What happens in a session

### 01 You arrive with the knot.

It can be a decision, a conversation you keep postponing, or simply the sense that something is off. You do not need to organize it first.

Example: “I keep drafting the resignation email and deleting it.”

### 02 Claro stays with the real subject.

Instead of racing toward advice, Claro asks into the part that carries tension, then lets your answer change the direction of the conversation.

Example: “I picture my manager’s face and feel like a traitor.”

### 03 The question underneath becomes visible.

You may begin on one subject and land somewhere more honest. Claro holds the thread while you circle, contradict yourself, or change your mind.

Example: “Maybe I am not afraid of leaving. I am afraid it means I failed.”

### 04 You leave with what changed.

When the conversation genuinely lands, Claro turns the shift into a Clarity Card and carries forward only the context that can help next time.

Example: “I can make the choice without making it a verdict on who I am.”

## How remembering works

### This conversation

Claro holds the thread in front of you.

It keeps track of what you are exploring, what has shifted, and what is still unresolved, so you can circle back without rebuilding the conversation.

In the moment: “We started with the job, but the fear of failure is the part still asking for attention.”

### Across conversations

Useful context is already waiting.

Open life situations and recurring patterns can carry into later conversations. Claro does not need your whole history, only enough to help you continue.

Next time: “Last time, leaving felt tied to failure. Has anything changed since you sent the email?”

### Your control

You decide what Claro gets to keep.

Memory is visible and manageable. Read what is there, remove one thing, or reset everything. Control is part of the experience, not buried in fine print.

## What you leave with

**The job was not the whole question.**

You were not only deciding whether to leave. You were afraid that leaving would turn into evidence that you could not handle it.

Question: What choice would you make if neither option had to prove your worth?

## The relationship stays simple

- **No perfect prompt required:** Start messy. Change direction. Interrupt. Claro follows the conversation, not a command format.
- **No manufactured closeness:** Memory exists to make the next conversation clearer, not to perform friendship or keep you attached.
- **No pressure to return:** No streaks, guilt, or engagement loops. Come back when something matters.
- **No hidden memory:** See what Claro remembers, remove one thing, or reset it all whenever you want.
