## A call that makes room for you to cut in.

Most voice apps make you wait your turn. Claro lets you talk the way people actually talk: interrupt, change your mind, start again. It keeps up.

## You shouldn’t have to tap a button to start talking.

Claro listens on your phone and figures out when you’ve started, and when you’ve finished. Even if the room is noisy. Even if Claro itself is still speaking.

### The usual way: it listens on your phone

Your phone can tell your voice from silence, right there on the device. That also stops Claro’s own voice from sounding like an interruption. Nothing has to travel anywhere just to know you’re talking.

### If that’s harder: it listens for loudness instead

On some phones, telling voices apart is trickier. Claro then waits a short beat of real speech to start, and a short beat of quiet to finish, high enough that a cough won’t stop the call.

### If it can’t listen well: you tap to talk

Some phones simply can’t overlap speech reliably. When that happens, Claro says so and switches to tap-to-talk. No pretending a cut-in works when it doesn’t.

## You can cut in. That’s the point.

### 1. You interrupt

Claro stops talking the instant you speak. You don’t wait for it to finish the sentence.

### 2. You speak, or you don’t

What happens next depends on what you actually said.

- **If A real sentence:** Becomes your next message. Claro answers that, not the leftover thought it was still saying.
- **If A short real thing, like “actually…”:** Still counts. You get a full reply to what you meant.
- **If Silence, or the mic only caught noise:** A short spoken “Go on.” Nothing fake is added, and it isn’t billed.
- **If An accidental blip while Claro is talking:** Ignored, unless it’s clearly you cutting in.

### 3. The next reply is clean

Cutting Claro off doesn’t confuse the rest of the call. You can change direction completely and it stays with you.

### 4. Chat works the same way

Hit stop on a typed reply and your next message continues from there. You’re never stuck with an answer you already rejected.

## It answers as you think, not after a spinner.

- A typing indicator appears while Claro thinks, so the pause feels human instead of frozen.
- You hear Claro start speaking before the full answer is done.
- A short natural sound fills a genuine pause, so silence doesn’t feel like a dropped call.
- Your words are transcribed while you speak, so Claro can begin understanding before you finish.
- Attaching a screenshot doesn’t stop you from keeping the conversation going.

The pause should feel like a person thinking, not like software loading.
