1. What we collect
Account information (email, authentication credentials), conversation content (text, transcribed voice, images you attach), and the derived memory layers described on the Security & data page (this conversation, life threads, patterns, communication style, Clarity Cards). We also collect standard technical data, device type, app version, crash logs, needed to operate the service.
2. How we use it
To generate responses, maintain memory across sessions so conversations stay continuous, generate Clarity Cards, process payment for your plan, and diagnose technical issues. We do not use conversation content to train foundation models without a separate, explicit opt-in.
3. Voice processing
Voice activity detection (deciding when you are speaking) runs on your device. Audio is transcribed to text; raw audio is not retained once transcription completes. Where speech-to-speech replies are generated, response audio is streamed to your device and not stored beyond what’s needed to deliver the reply.
4. Memory and retention
Session-level content is retained so you can reopen past chats. Long-term memory (patterns, life threads, communication style) is retained only where evidenced across multiple sessions, per the promotion rules on the Security & data page, until you delete it or your account is closed.
5. Your rights
You can view, export, delete, or reset anything Claro holds about you from Profile. You can request full account deletion at any time; this removes conversation history and all derived memory. Requests are processed within 30 days, typically much sooner.
6. Third parties
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, payment processing, transcription/model inference) under data-processing agreements that prohibit them from using your content for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data.
