1. What Claro is
Claro is a thinking companion, a conversational product that helps you reason through decisions and situations via text and voice. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services. Do not rely on Claro for crisis support; if you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Weekly and monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Turn allotments reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Claro to generate content intended to harass, deceive, or harm others; to attempt to extract our model or system prompts for competitive use; or to violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content ownership
You own the content of your conversations. We do not claim ownership over what you write, say, or attach. Clarity Cards generated from your sessions are yours to keep, export, or delete.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Claro is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Claro is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to these terms
We’ll notify you by email and in-app before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
